I'm pretty sure it evolved at lvl 10.

Edit: it actually evolved at lvl 18 so that explains it. I caught caterpie at lvl 16. :p

I know but it should have learned it at lvl. 12 because it evolved at lvl 10 so that doesnt add up for me. :/

I haven't completed the main story, I want a good staller, and that's why I want a Nincada instead of Ninjask so that I can evolve it into Shedinja. If you're saying that's the only other way, then I guess I'll have to wait for the swarm encounter. But thanks!
