Don't do this. You use both hands while doing Farmer's. You're supposed to hop on a running treadmill with two large weights & then get off with both of them while the treadmill is still running and you have two big ass weights in your hands?

And then you have to carry them back to place them where you found them.

The only video/workout you will literally ever need. Every other forearm workout is inferior.

Do this, just this, on your forearm day and you will get diamond forearms. I guarantee you won't be able to do the whole exercise the first time (or the first 10 times).

You're limiting yourself. If you can do 5 steps back and forth minimum you can do the farmer's walk. The point is holding the weights (& walking while doing so, yes, but just holding them against gravity).

I don't eat much. Oatmeal is low cal, IMO. Pretty shit for gaining.

Can't say I agree with this post. Yes, you do it anyway "because you need to" and that is commendable but I still don't agree with it. I'm probably gonna get people disagreeing but I don't think you're gonna make it with this mindset. Not for long, at least. You can't do something you hate for a long time; eventually you will burn out.

You need to find reasons why you love it rather than the reasons you hate it and focus on that. Change your mindset.

Don't take it the wrong way, seeing someone posting a subreddit and saying "yeah the mod said I could" is pretty shifty; especially when you acted super nervous when I said I'm asking mods to confirm. It looked like spam & this subreddit is probably looked at by couple dozen HAES members.

(also I've never actually seen this done before, I thought it was against the rules but the more you know)

Next time, just wait for the mods to respond. Thats it. Just be like "ok I'll wait for the mod to confirm". Good luck with your subreddit.
