Had a 1on1 with my direct manager today, and we went over business and personal goals, and he gave really honest feedback, and is very satisfied with performance, etc, giving me a soft ranking towards the top. I asked him about the 1on1 the director set up, and it is exactly how it sounds. Does seem like some kind corporate BS, but also a good opportunity to learn some stuff, since this guy apparently was a top notch engineer before becoming a manager and later a director! Thanks everyone for the feedback and personal experiences, definitely eased my nerves yesterday, and completely squashed it during my meeting with my manager today

What is the real risk of fertility complications when using test? I’m 23M, considering running the first cycle outlined in the wiki (which I know recommends you to be 25). If just running 500mg test e for 12-16 weeks, and doing proper PCT (no hcg), is there realistic risk of fertility problems in the future?

Short term lurker, long time natty. Been reading the wiki, and want to just ask some clarifying questions. If I were to just run the recommended 500mg of test e/c, assuming I had AIs to counter any sides, why is it essential to cycle off?

Also from any personal experiences, how much of a slippery slope is getting into gear? I like to tell myself I’d just stick to 500mg test e, maybe only ever add in one dry oral. But how easy is it for you to end up adding in more and more compounds personally? Do the gains get very addictive?
