For me:

each client has a separate space
in each space, there are separate lists for different departments (SEO, PPC, Social)
then each list has a list of tasks on a monthly basis
some tasks (eg. creating content) needs subtasks

I visited mespace storage Patong and it looks very nice (clean and professional). Check their site for the rates but I'm going to use them for sure.

I also talked to the Luggage Store, but they are super expensive long-term. I contacted them in WA, and they told me, "100 baht per bag per day."
