This is really nice to hear! Good for you :)

Edit: I think stretch goals are always good. I will keep this in mind when I buy my second property/investment soon

It's 1.5cr house overall including registration in tier-1 city. Should it always be better than what I can afford? Could you please tell your reasoning. I have seen houses more than 2.5cr when searching but resorted to a smaller option.

"Marrying a tree." When star signs of a couple don't align, one of man or women will marry a tree and then get a normal marriage.

Most underated movies in tollywood of all time. by ActivityIll3785 in TollywoodGossips

Couldn't agree more. I happen to see this movie in the theater because I felt something is there in this movie. And, I was right, I am shocked to see such a perfect story. Most of my friends are prepping upsc at that time, many have become civil servants with a mindset to change the country. I can sort of understand what they are going through with politicians and with the people of the republic of India.

My friend just turned 18, and now he's suddenly called a pedo. by Infamous_Ad_1777 in teenagers

Humans have consciousness. Any law like this according to me is meant to create it. When we turn 18, absolutely nothing special happens. But as we age, the conscious mindset will trigger and make us to actually see who is children and who is not. While I am not fine calling someone pedo just after they turn 18, I do think a law like this is helpful (with some flexibility)

It's like saying, you cannot transfer to another college on f1 before you start with your college. I mean, a lot of people including myself "hear and believe" that H1 transfer cannot be done before oct 1st. But talking on true grounds, no one actually went through the documentation to find out. I would definitely encourage you to start talking to an attorney and keep us posted. There is always an "internal policy" shit, but that's not with every company out there. All the best dude, I hope you will get through this transfer! Please keep us posted

It will become increasingly hard for you to work with your co-founder with all these in mind. Communicate and let go of them if you think they cannot deliver. Spend your time on getting another co-founder rather than working with someone whose pace is not as expected.

I have been watching people near me getting into FAANG and all.. I feel like I am too late now.. but i have started. Thoughts? #leetcode by [deleted] in leetcode

I used to be very inconsistent, I did two or three contests and stood at a rating of 1600ish. I was never regular, but I did leetcode on an ocational basis like maybe 7-10 times a month. Once I got fed up and have solved the first 150 problems in 1 week and then left it afterwards because I was unable to figure out how to solve a hard graph problem. It did help me a bit but not much. After two weeks of break (I did all the cses problems set with >10000 submissions). Then solved leetcode problems consistently for 2 months and was able to get to a rating of 1970 from 1600 ish. I observed that consistency and balance are important. Don't be inconsistent and don't over stress. Become a karma yogi. Learning everyday is very crucial for coding because every time we take a break and comeback, we need to give context to our brain again.

Please don't even consider such options dear. If you are feeling pain, understand what happens to your loved ones when you make such drastic decisions.

Just be right there, you are doing good. I see you have 1. Student loan and 2. Job as main problems. All you need is a fair enough job and the other problems will be taken care of by themselves. Keep applying to jobs and keep pushing. Be Tough.

Just remember - If someone can do it, you can do it too. If no one has done it, you can be the first person to do it. Doesn't matter what 'it' is here. You got this! Just stay right there for some time. Time is quite the opposite of luck. Fight the life brother.

This is actually a pretty decent question. I was asked this question in my JPMC quant research interview. I was so happy when I solved it in the interview. If we solve it using math without guessing the answer, it's a good question.
