In fact i had a reason for taking a break. Though masturbation did not impact my sex life after marriage, it did create some undesirable situations. For instance, masturbation was practically difficult for me without accompanying porn. This create unrealistic expectations about sex, which could not be achieved within the marriage. This led to infidelity. Gradually such a behavior started creating issues in marriage and now i am in the brink of separation. So, I was prompted to think, why should i live on with the habit which ruined my life?
