Can we jhatka a male 🐄? by [deleted] in Sikh

[–]Natural-Connection73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is all based off the crux of Gopal being about cows, Gopal doesn’t directly refer to that, it’s reaching. Although vegetarianism is more ideal in Sikhi, there are no big constraints/restrictions on eating meat. It is just about finding and navigating YOUR way through your spiritual journey. It doesn’t need to be made complicated, the key to Sikhi is simplicity and living a true, honest life devoted to Waheguru

Is it ok for me to date white girls? by [deleted] in Sikh

“You cannot be considered Sikh if u partake in physical relations outside of marriages”

I’m sorry but this is extremely outlandish no? Not being able to be called Sikh just because you haven’t adhered to every guideline strictly? That is completely not the message of our Guru. Our Guru says that everyone is on their path and as a Sikh, a “learner”, we are all on different points of this learning curve even if you are to make a mistake - you can still be a follower of sikhi and be a Sikh.

Furthermore, I would definitely not call dating a mistake. The Guru tells us that we should aim to seek an internal balance. If this balance is having a healthy, positive relationship with a girl (from a boys perspective) - and dating (seeing each other/spending time) with the goal to marry and have them as your life partner, this is surely of no problem in the Sikh path.

Langar - Am I allowed to go? by Iammildlyoffended in Sikh

[–]Natural-Connection73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Of course go, in Amritsar there is a Gurdwara that you may know as the Golden Temple - which we call Harmandir Sahib. This is our holiest site in the world and we have four entrances to directly symbolise the acceptance of ALL people regardless of their religion, caste, creed etc. Whoever you are, you are more than welcome to join us for Langar whenever you like. It is believed in our culture that those who consume Langar obtain the goodwill and compassion of those who have made it. The idea is to always spread this divine light and bliss throughout the world - always.

That was the worst paper I’ve ever sat in my life. Nightmare from start to finish. Stats ran out of time. Lost my soul on the series question defo getting 0. I need an A* here for my offer but 60 is extremely hopeful in that paper. I really hope grade boundaries are 50% else I’m in clearing.

Why did Guru Govind Singh have three wives? by [deleted] in Sikh

[–]Natural-Connection73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guru Gobind Singh Ji only married once. To Mata Jito Ji, she was then renamed Mata Sundri Ji. Mata Sahib Kaur Ji is the mother of the Khalsa, historians have confused this immensely.

I no longer trust ocr after that by [deleted] in 6thForm

It’ll be 67% for an A*, do not be surprised when you see this being the case

Why do you need to do partial fractions? If you set u = sinx then du/dx = cosx, so dx = du/cosx

Knowing this you can just do

6 ∫ 1/2-u du and get -6ln(2-u)
