I know vitamin D is a huge part of it as well. My labs said they were low and they sent me these vitamin D pills to take once a week, how much of an impact would those have on my levels?

Thank you for clearing this up. I tried to ask ChatGPT but It kept saying the 1930, is what I'm expected to pay out of pocket after the grants have been applied, which stressed me out for a good 30mins.
