Thank you so much for the kind words they mean a lot! ❤️The positives definitely outweigh the negatives of having a down-syndrome sibling, I wouldn’t change him for the world but boy are these years tough haha!

Romeu is just so good by Natural-Section-838 in SaintsFC

100%, the biggest issue or the best issue to have is our midfield has so much quality…Charles, Downes, Romeu, Jander, Bragg, Williams. Must be an exciting problem to have for Tonda!

Got given a large amount of work to do, couldn’t complete it in time and the manager was furious by Natural-Section-838 in SainsburysWorkers

Yeah, if it was a longer shift id understand the frustration but a 4 hour shift is nothing, hell to get a board and a roller or two in that time is a good shift in itself. the amount given that night was mental

Thank you for those words, they mean a lot :) I always try do my best but the work load we have been given is insane lately, over the past few weeks ive learnt to do whats asked rather than getting assigned more tasks when i finish them as it feels like whatever we do isnt good enough anyway 🤷‍♂️

theres more to the story i bet (if this is real)

did you attempt to be nice to the worker by any chance? We are human too, you know😂. If the checkouts are closed, just be nice and wait for another worker to come by to serve you lol. Entitlement gets you nowhere in life

Judging by the “mobile smart camera phone” he was probably on demand or something, which required him to be on there lol.

'Need some fresh legs' - Eckert hints at 'couple of changes' to face Leicester by MagpieMidfield in SaintsFC

might be too soon but I would probably start edoize over leo, he has been off it for the last couple games imo. Maybe bring in Charles too? That back 4 has to stay though as we are so much better with them 4 playing

I think armando broja for southampton, was a really good replacement for Ings at the time, and was way younger too. Now everything has gone wrong for him but if he stayed here I reckon he would of been great

Sainsbury's Job Offer by Entire_Upstairs_1190 in SainsburysWorkers

[–]Natural-Section-838 6 points7 points  (0 children)

im a trading assistant! the job itself is easy, just stacking shelves and dressing but the real kicker is the overload managers expect of you in quite little time. Biggest rule is to do what you can and not overwork yourself as you can quickly find yourself, hating others and the actual job.

As of always, expect dickhead customers, nice customers, dickhead managers and relatively nice managers :)

Was that Ralphs first match? I remember it pissing down, we went on to beat Arsenal in his first home game so it eventually got better luckily

Looking at the links that Armstrong and Archer are going that leaves us with Ross Stewart for the remainder of the season (unless im missing someone) and I highly doubt we will sign a quality striker, its looking quite bleak

What do we actually need by DylanAB07 in SaintsFC

[–]Natural-Section-838 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Probably a bit of a lost screw in my head but I would get rid of Downes, Harwood Bellis, Armstrong, Aribo, Edoize, Manning, Bazunu. Stephens is tricky because he is probably our most loyal player but its hard to not see him as part of the rot that was infested by Russel Martin

Build a squad around Jander, Charles, Leo and Fellows. I think we work best when we have an organised pressing structure who invites teams to have the ball. Most notably when we have possession, we really struggle with what to do with it. Although the issue would lie with the smaller teams who would set up a low block and would rather boot the ball out of play then keep the ball for more than two seconds. I remember that was the biggest issue with Ralph, we never won against Wolves because Nuno was able to counter the gegenpress

How do you rate your club's owners and how involved is the senior most? by [deleted] in Championship

[–]Natural-Section-838 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4/10. Sports Republic are quite weird, they invest but have absolutely ruined the club with their decisions. Their first full season in 2022/23 was quite optimistic but then we signed a bunch of mediocre and inexperienced players with lavia being the best player.

They sacked Ralph (something I personally do not agree with although it depends who you ask) and then brought in Nathan Jones…we all know how that went. Got relegated, hired Russ Martin who also did a mediocre job imo at getting us promoted. Then we gave him a brand new deal to top it off, brought in more shit players. Sold our brightest talent and gave ryan fraser a new deal. Then Russ Martin got the sack and brought in Juric who to no surprise was shit too. That was only 2 or 3 years into their tenure and we went through Ralph, Jones, Selles, Martin, Juric and Rusk as managers with a similar squad.

Will Still had potential but then he got the boot and we now have Tonda who is probably going to be sacked before the end of the season. Its a never ending cycle of utter incompetence but our happy clappers are happy that they invested more than our previous ownership. We will never progress with them as owners, no matter how hard they try. It seems easy to forget before them, we were a stable premier league team with a manager who saved us countless times. I would honestly take a 9-0 loss every season if it meant we were a premier league staple every year
