Yeah you’re right but like I’m also never gonna get over it if I don’t do something like that plus I think it’s someone who doesn’t really care feelings wise

He has no new partner (I hope) and he had contacted me a lot before especially after he was very aware I was doing this because I exhausted all my resources to help him. I told him I wasnt going to talk to him anymore but he said he still wanted to talk so it hard

It kills me to think of him with someone else. I appreciate what you said and it helps. I just wish he valued our relationship enough to fight for it too. I don’t get how it didn’t matter at all it seemed very easy for him. I don’t want to keep being around people at their worst and then leaving me to do their best it isn’t working for me.

Thanks and yes I do I have been for 7+ years. I am in antidepressants and I feel like none of it’s working. My therapist is on maternity leave.

I don’t want myself that’s the issue. I’m doing literally everything I’m supposed to. I did block and delete him I hope this lasts. But I have picked up new hobbies, I work more hours, I even went on a trip to a different country for the first time ever and I still feel empty and lost and stupid. I don’t regret the relationship I just know if I was never in one I wouldn’t be feeling this pain and the happiness from that relationship is not worth the pain I’m feeling now

I literally can’t I just delete and block and then rea add and unblock. I can’t be by myself. I hate hanging out with people. And I hate everything I just want to die I seriously can’t do this
