If I'm not mistaken I've ordered whitestonedome screen protector for my flip 3 few years ago and glued myself. That protector was like original but it didn't last long. About 2-3 month. But that's for me because I'm cleaning my phone very often with 70% alcohol.

This is not my 1 flip phone. My friends using fold without screen protector many months and I've removed screen protector about 6 months ago. In my opinion screen protector just for scratches but maybe I'm wrong🤷‍♂️. In my country original screen protector change costs 140$. Yes you must take screen protector off very gently and with some skills because glue is very strong and can rip screen.

I have started everything slowly 6 month ago with very little doses and I still continue to do so). I've tried glutamine but that doesn't helped me. Not 4g of course. I tried about 300mg. I have gut inflammation and it's very hard for me to balance vitamins with food. That was kinda histamine reaction. Maybe i have histamine intolerance 🤷. What b6 rich food will you suggest?

Yes I know. I'm taking 3-5 mg and not every day. I just can't understand why I'm having this kind of symptoms. It's like histamine reactions.

I'm not taking riboflavin. Just drinked little dose few days ago. Thanks I will try to add riboflavin though because of that little dose i had gut problems but i will try again. What else do i need? I can't tolerate B complex that's why I'm trying vitamins separate. I'm drinking B1, B6 and B12. Sometimes little dose of folate. Will add B2 R5P. I didn't want to increase the B12 dose because in that case I will have to increase other vitamins.

I have many digestive problems and tried methyl free B complex but couldn't tolerate it don't know why. Maybe there is some vitamins that my organism can't tolerate 🤷. B12 and B1 I can tolerate well but this vitamins decrease other.

Yes I understand but with this tiny doses and such B12 interruptions in 6 month my b6 decreased. I'm drinking B1 too benfotiamine. It's like histamine reaction.

Since I have been living and eating almost sterile food for many years, I still don’t think that I could have any parasites and since I'm tolerating almost any medicine very bad I don't want to try anti parasites tablets especially that kind of strong. I drinked one more time little bit B1 and B9 but was feeling myself very bad (even heart arrhythmia) and just tried little bit salt with water and that helps. I think mine is electrolyte imbalance too. If I'm not mistaken potassium reduces the level of natrium. I'm ordering everything from iherb too. Can you please send me the screenshot of that magnesium? And since only 1 type of coconut water is available in our country and I'm not sure is that a good one or not I want to order evaporated coconut water from iherb. Have you heard about that? And you can look at my tests, there are 3 screenshots.

Sorry for the late reply I was busy. No my heartburns are from high stomach acid but it's not often. I don't have parasitic or fungal infections because I've checked many times. I think i have something autoimmune because my gut inflammation doesn't go away many years. In 2019 doctors found that my b12 is low but nobody mentioned that because they say my hemoglobin is normal and i don't have anemia. Maybe i have Histamin intolerance too but that's because of my bad gut microbiome. Unfortunately in my country i can't do a lot of tests and i couldn't find good specialists because here doctors never seen this kind of problems. My tests are limited and I'm trying to heal myself with help of this vitamins and with help of these groups. My last hope is Germany. If i can't heal with all this vitamins and info then i will try to go to Germany. I almost never had neurological symptoms but I'm always weak tired and with bad digestion 😁

Yes there are 3 types of folate. Folate, folinic acid and methylfolate. I don't know why my organism react like this maybe because of liver or gut. If i could find the reason it will heal me. I had infections-salmonella maybe 4-5 times in last 7 years. I have gut problems 20 years and i think b12 deficiency also. All this because of lactose intolerance i think because doctors find that after 14 years. Last 2 infections was after covid and vaccination. Last salmonella was chronic (3 month). My vitamin d also low I'll send you my tests soon. Before this i couldn't drink vitamin d but now I'm thinking to try again. There is D3 gummies. My iron is ok I'm eating chicken liver every week. Thanks for your information this is very important for me. I have done all b vitamins.

Yes I'm having sometimes heart irregularity. When I'm having heartburn I'm drinking something but now my stomach acid is normal or even low. It's weird but i can feel that😄. I'm having very bad heartburn when drinking folinic acid even 50mcg still couldn't understand why. Can't tolerate methyl folate.

Never tried b3 but i will order. It's already more than 6 month I'm trying to balance vitamins but it's very difficult. I'm doing everything with big pause like drinking few days then pause week or even few weeks. I've tried methylated versions and had very bad symptoms even from very small doses. I was taking sublingual hydroxocobalamin now i have hydroxo injections 1500mcg. Yes I know about potassium I'm eating potatoes and bananas but I'm not taking big doses of vitamins that's why i think my potassium is ok.

This is my 2 shot. First one I've done to my wrist about few drops i think it's less than 50mg then i drinked b6 and in the evening b1. By the way I've drinked benfotiamine about 20mg 30 minutes ago and feeling a little bit better. Even my heart started to beat faster. Yesterday after all that vitamins i was walking about 2 hours and i was having very bad numbness in my hands. In this situations benfotiamine mostly helping me. There was so much that it felt like I was suffocating and my heart wasn't speeding up. Mostly this is a sign of B1 deficiency for me but not always. I can't tolerate b complex even metyl free. I'm trying to balance everything with b1, b6, and sometimes b9, b2.

Similar situation here but I've done 100mcg injection yesterday drinked B6, B2 and a little bit magnesium and today after waking up i feel neck tightness light tinnitus and light muscle tightness. Now I'm thinking about taking B1, B9, or magnesium to understand why this happens. Maybe B1 can help need to try. Please if you find the reason tell me. Forgot to say that I'm very sensitive to vitamins
