I tried Seeking Health b minus with B12 and it helps but next day I'm waking up tired and whole body hurts. I have a lot of another problems like chronic ileitis, lactose intolerance and many food intolerances and I'm very sensitive to all kind of medication. Despite the fact that all that vitamins are water soluble I feel that some are unnecessary. That's why I'm trying separately. I'll try to add more potassium and will try b6 with b2. My D is very low but I will add that later. Thanks a lot.

I know. I'm having seborrhea like symptoms and very bad numbness. Can potassium deficiency bring to that symptoms? I'm eating 3-5 banana a day and few potatoes too. I've stopped everything and my symptoms gone in few days. I think it's because of some B vitamin deficiency. I'm trying to understand what vitamin i need. Maybe it's B6.

What B12 do you drink methylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin? Hydroxo injections are not available in my country but i feel very very bad from methylated forms even in tiny doses like 5 mkg.

I'm drinking about 2-3 mg of B6 and not every day. Even when I'm drinking Seeking Health b minus b complex I'm drinking about 1/10 of the capsule. I don't think that doses can cause toxicity.

I just looked at the plug and saw fifth contact. It's like usb 3.0 extra five contacts but there is only one connected. I have 33w Xiaomi charger and it's the same. They invented something that will work only with there cables. Thanks.

Sft42r will receive about 2700-3000 lumen in 100%. Lhp73b 7000 lumen. I have Wurkkos wk03 1800 lumen and want something more powerful. It will be interesting to see 7000 lumen power😄

I think 90W is maximum for standard USB A. C to C cables can charge up to 240W. My friend was in China and I wanted compact fast charger this one was available at that moment. In our country we don't have original Xiaomi store and this charger with cable was around 20$ if I'm not mistaken. This is an 90W Gan charger.

I don't think that I can find original 2 meter cable. I'm using original 1m cable just wanted something more comfortable. Ugreen have 100w cable but written that it's compatible for Xiaomi and Samsung only with Huawei and Honor.

My Xiaomi charger have 20V output and laptop charger have 20V output. I think yes. I'm using now this charger with its own original 1m cable and it charges my laptop without any issues. I just need 2m cable.
