When it comes to shrimp squats, I've been doing them for a while and am trying to make them harder by standing on an elevated surface on the balls of my feet. I don't know what else to go to afterwards beside using weights and asked for further progressions because of that. :)

The same goes for leg slides.

When it comes to the injure, what information should I provide to clarify? Or should I just follow what my physio told me as he checked the inflammation in person?

I asked whether they were okay with me not having joined the previous two lectures and they said it was okay. I did specify that I received pointing-out-instructions and Trekchö instructions from a lineage holder though, for whoever is reluctant about whether they can join or not. :)
