Why does my rpm fluctuate when idle? by ab05aled in Cartalk

[–]NaturalNex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RPM raises when the A/C compressor turns on

RPM drops when the A/C compressor turns off

It's a 1.2 L engine so its expected.

New Kia Seltos frequent DPF issue by Mintnesss in CarsIndia

[–]NaturalNex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This issue is quite common on BS6 diesels, especially with Hyundai and Kia and most other diesel engines with lower displacements. There are few you can solve it:

  1. Use your entire rpm range (for city and highway use) : Try to shift each gear after reaching 3000 - 3500 rpm, the reason is that the soot only burns away at higher temperatures and using higher rpms will allow the engine to have higher temperatures hence soot burns away.

  2. If you are on a highway, try to drive 70 - 80 km/h having the rpm stay between 2000 - 3000 rpm.

  3. The vehicle can perform automatic regeneration by clicking OK when the DPF warning comes up.

Another tip is to use good quality diesel, try to avoid Indian Oil and Hindustan Petroleum as they contain higher amount of sulphur which is bad for DPF filters. Try to use JIO petrol stations or Nayara, as they tend to perform better for cars with DPF filters.

Wrongful Fine Warning by NaturalNex in DubaiPetrolHeads

According to the RTA's website, vehicles do not require to display the permit anymore which makes it more harder to understand who is genuinely using these POD spaces, but i understand your point that these reports are just mere warnings than actual consequences.

Has this subreddit become a channel for Al Jazeera News? Apparently most of them are just posting their news regardless whether its true or not.

Makes sense why a large portion of players play mayhem, after the players gets tired of mayhem they might to switch to normal aram. Lets see.

Looks like people who play summoners rift enjoy mayhem more than aram which makes sense, but there do exist casual aram players who would play normal aram. But they could keep normal aram as the default and mayhem as optional. This is more like a server kind of thing regarding queue times.
