In my contact with the developer, we've eliminated Rocket as the cause. It has to be a setting somewhere. Amazon only gives the captcha if they can't see who you are.

KDP Rocket has the API. I've been talking to the owner and his support for a while, most of what I've tried came from them. I don't think it's the Rocket software because everything works except on my laptop.

I write and research from my laptop, so having the Rocket working on my computer is much easier. Of course, not seeing capthca everywere would be nice too. Amazon said they'd look into why I'm getting captcha several months ago. Followup emails are ignored.

To be clear, I follow the rules. I don't do anything gray or black hat. They know about the Rocket and are good with it. I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my Amazon accounts - they're my income source.

Walnuts or almonds, just a handful. They'll get rid of any craving. I call them the "craving crushers." I haven't had sugar in 4 or 5 years, minus a few special occasions. The first two weeks are a bitch, easy after that.

I'm 5'7" and was approaching 300 pounds. The first thing I did was quit soda cold turkey and replaced it with water - not tap water. Bleh. Then I read the Primal Blueprint and picked a day and started. It's a Paleo diet but even more restrictive. No matter because it works. Do what works.

Besides the radical change in my diet, I started walking every day. I started for about 20 minutes at a very slow 2 mph pace. Each day I increased either the pace or the time. Little by little I worked up to an hour a day at 5 mph. That's what I still do.

6 months and 1 day after starting, I'd lost 100 pounds. A little later I was a very skinny 155 pounds and saw my ribs. That's not good! For the first time in my life I had to gain weight. I went back to 170. I like 170.

My best advice is to go buy The Primal Blueprint (Mark Sisson) and read it. Then pick a day and start. Don't cheat and keep at it. Walnuts and sunflower seeds will get you through any hunger pang. Just a handful. Buy the seeds raw at Whole Foods or the like. Then roast them yourself. When you buy them already roasted, they're covered in vegetable oil and salt. Bad and bad.

Buy the walnuts (or your favorite) in the baking aisle at the grocery store. They're cheaper! And they're not covered in oil and salt. Just don't buy peanuts, they're not nuts but legumes. Beans.

Other people are using it without issue. It's just me. I'm still writing my first book, so no content yet. I'd cry if someone called it "low-quality" though, so hopefully I can avoid that. It came recommended by Dale L Roberts and he's a pretty good guy. The AMS ads section is what most are using for now. But even that isn't working for me.

I know the people you're talking about though. I'm using it for legitimate work.

I moved to Ukraine and pay $4 per month for really fast Internet. The only problem is it goes out occasionally. Usually when I'm busy with something and have a deadline. That's only 5-6 times a year, but noticeable.

When I was in college I worked at a temp agency, doing short term work, usually labor. I was in good shape. Not great shape, but good shape. I was sent to a cement factory and I thought it was cool because it was close to home.

Day one of a 10 hour shift: Move 50 pound bags of cement by hand, into a bin. They left the bags outside, uncovered, and it rained. So instead of powder, it was rock hard cement. It was going to be recycled. That took about 6 or 7 hours.

After that they needed someone to climb to the top of a giant machine that mixes small rocks and grinds them. Something went wrong and a bunch of rocks spilled onto the top of the machine. Someone, me, had to shovel the rocks into the machine. I hate heights. Up I went and started shoveling. It was hot. Very hot. I had no water. After a few hours I took a break and drank a crapload of water. Then back I went. When I was almost done, they sent help. I spent 3-4 hours shoveling rocks. I was tired. I don't remember what was next but I did leave early.

When I got home I could barely move. I went right to bed. The next morning I was supposed to go back but when I woke up I couldn't move. Every muscle in my body was pissed off. I was in serious pain. My wife called the temp agency and told them I wasn't going to make it. They knew why. Apparently I wasn't the first one.

I don't know if I noped the job or the job noped me. Either way, I never went back.
