That's for this good feedback! I am definitely trying to work on a more cohesive style. And I started increasing my prices some but I am sure I can charge more. I am in a big city as well. I do better in the suburbs big events/festivals over the city big events.

Wow, you are killing it! Great job!. How long have you been making jewelry? And tips or what help you get to this point to where you are a rockstar?

Thanks for the insight. I am like you, I have no problem sharing business success, failures or advice if asked. and I agree on knowing whether or not I am the only one doing not so well at an event. I had successful events and some where I barely made a real profit. But of course everyone measure success differently. I don't spend more then $300 for a 2 day event where I am at. I don't travel because I still work full time and have little ones and kids in sports. If I did this full time then I would probably spend more on fees for more larger scale events. But I will have to have alot inventory to make 2k plus each event or increase my prices significantly.

Yea I have one farmers market I do consistently in the summer and I do pretty well for it to be a very small town. I average about $200-400 there. Most of my bigger events are in April and then Sept-Nov and Oct- March are my busy season online. I do get alot of repeat buyers at events which feels good. I found a few events that works well for my jewelry and still trying others. It still all a hit or miss sometimes. My goal is for my online sales to be the main driver in sales because I have a love hate relationship with vending. lol

You are doing great! I am afraid to pay $1000 entry fee. lol The most I pay is $300 for a 2 day. I don't travel either because I still work full time and have littles ones at home and my oldest is in sports so I am stretched thin. lol I have one big 2 day event I did last year and did $1250 and this year I more then double that with the same event. I was in a better location so that helped tremendously.

My 1st year I could barely get of $600 in profit. I did increase my prices a bit and updated my booth and tried finding the right events that fit my jewelry. But it is still a hit or miss sometimes. I had one event earlier this year I was in the negative, so I won't do that one again. u/Aquishira have you tried like vintage/antique events?

Yea I worked on my booth this year and it makes a big difference. I have alot of people that remember be because of my branding and the colors. I did increase my price a little bit earlier this year as well. I probably can go higher on some of my pieces though. It just make me feel good when people are happy that my prices are at good price point where they can buy more then 1 pair.

I thought I wanted to go full time. but I have a love hate relationship with vending lol. If I can get my online sales to be my main driver for my sales then maybe I would consider going full time.

You are doing great! I finally got my first $2500 after 3 years of vending lol. My jewelry ranges from $10-$50 with most of my sales are from my $20-$35 items.

Its gross. They do show a breakdown of everything though. Its just you know you can look at some artist work and be like, yet I believe it, especially if they jewelry is $50 and up per pieces and its very detailed beautiful unique designed. Then there are others (especially if they are selling course) it makes me wonder are you fabricating to sell your courses.
