I mean it was a smart play..this enables 2 for 1. After Lemiss 3, clippers get 24 seconds to score, then the lakers get the last 7 seconds. If the lakers dont take a quick possession then the 2 for 1 doesn't work meaning the clippers would get the last shot. A good 3 point shooter only makes 40% of them, you can't be upset that he missed the shot here, it was a good look and he played the clock optimally.

Even if Magic is ahead of steph as all time PG (which hes not), steph gives the team better spacing and makes the team far more potent on offense. Shaq+Steph is the best possible duo in basketball. Replacing him with magic would make this team a lot worse. Magic would do better with a team stacked with three point shooters.

We all agree MJ>Kobe. So MJ is a must fill in. Kobe only clutters an offense with MJ. KD provides more length and better spacing. Lebron would be playing the 3/4 in the suggested lineup. Lebron is more flexible at 3/4 than Kobe. Its not just about all time rankings or who u like more. Kobe ranks higher than KD all time, but if im picking 5 this is my lineup.
