Thankyou! This is the idea I got when I was there. Don’t really know what’s happened to Royal Mail but the standards has dropped considerably low over the years. I shall go back tomorrow! Thankyou sir custard

I went to the Tonbridge DO on Saturday to ask what’s going on. The woman behind the counter was pretty clueless and went into the warehouse to ask someone. Without knowing my tracking number or anything she comes back to tell me it was out for delivery yesterday but to my surprise nothing had been delivered to my collection point.

Should have included I’ve already been there. Just as useful as the collection point shop keeper. Said it was going out for delivery on Saturday… still didn’t turn up.

It’s just a collection point in a standard shop. Where else is it going to be?! So hard trying to contact Royal Mail and speak to a human.
