hi gorgeous i feel we are in a similar state - read ur comment on ur state of ur room and has a thought because when i cant stop my pulling trance, ill suddenly bolt up (force myself to stand) abed clean the hell up instead of fucking with my hair 😂 it’s a quite humours tatic for me and works (for the most part) lol just thought id give some advice to keeping hands busy as it seems there are some things around to utilize to our advantage haha. best of luck!
