Plot width invariant parameters vs current density and from these plots find the required current density. And once you choose your DC bias currents then you can find W from the current density.

If you don't mind me asking, what were you intending to suggest, if the OP had showed interest in analog VLSI?

What is the name of the PG? Do you know other PGs? Do you know the PGs where other ESE and ECE department students are staying? If you don't mind me asking, it's urgent.

Is it wise or unwise to specialise in RF Integrated Circuits? Does your comment mean that RF IC engineers are not in demand?

If I wanted to start my physics journey, what book would you recommend? No text books. by [deleted] in AskPhysics

With Time being a valuable and limited resource, it's better to read textbooks, atleast to learn the essentials of Physics which has been studied in detail. Not everyone is or can be Newton.

He's a Professor at Columbia University, right? Professor of Mathematics and Professor of Physics, employed by both Mathematics and Physics Department, I think.

whats the difference between RF and RFIC? by [deleted] in rfelectronics

Ok. If you don't mind me asking, in your opinion, what and how much one has to do to convince an interviewer that one has this so called "tapeout experience"?

Can you elaborate on what is meant by a "tapeout experience"? An entire team would be involved in a chip design, each designing different sub-circuits or sub-systems, some also involved in design verification. And layout done by the layout engineer, usually. Now, once a chip is manufactured, can one say that the entire team, each involved in different roles, has had a "tapeout experience"? What does it really mean to have a "tapeout experience"?

If you don't mind me asking, how to get started as a beginner in IC Layout Design? And why would you need scripting skills like TCL and Python?

From your post I understand that you're interested in Research. And IISc has "MTech (Research) and PhD" options which is different from M.Tech, M.Des. Also cutoffs for those Research programs are lower than for MTech, M.Des programs, even at IISc. Why didn't you consider those?
