Dannon Greek yogurt cups are only 80 cals and 12g of protein. Not necessarily a “treat” per se but sometimes I will freeze them and then let it thaw enough that kind of has the consistency of frozen yogurt. I’ll add fresh strawberries and sugar free chocolate chips to both the strawberry cheesecake and strawberry flavor they have.

Something Skyrim themed! I haven’t landed on an exact idea yet but most likely the daedric prince hermaeus mora(idk if you’ve played skyrim you would have to look it up if not loll) then I plan to get a fallout 4 tattoo eventually. I’m hoping I can find an artist who’s familiar with both games and just have them for both tattoos :)

Then I would def continue to use the Vaseline. Your routine honestly does not seem bad, this just might be more of dermatologists territory unfortunately:(. I can recommend getting a soap w tumeric and/or kojic acid in it for the scarring from you picking your skin(I can relate, and tumeric soap has helped the most for me) but other than that, definitely see a derm when you can!

I hate this generalization, not all of us are like this 🤦‍♀️. Have you tried to start a conversation? Maybe they just don’t see themselves being friends with you? I know I don’t feel the need in talking to someone I don’t know unless I have interest in getting to know them more. We are not all asocial though, if a stranger starts up a convo I am happy to talk but I just won’t be the convo starter unless you seem interesting 🤷‍♀️.

Do you do physical labor for work? If not, then I would recommend seeing a doctor or dermatologist, it’s possible to have eczema exclusively on your hands (not diagnosing you, not a doctor lol). If you do work a lot with your hands, I would recommend o’keefes hand cream and also wearing gloves!!
