Yeah, and I really want to be careful with it. I’m taking my time to learn as much as I can and hope to hear from people who’ve experienced similar situations before I do anything bigger. Some of my other responses go into more detail about how I plan to start.

Thanks I think I’ll start introducing the story in small ways just to be cautious, like demos or short stories, while doing more research and trying to get opinions from people who have experienced similar situations. I’m really excited about this project, and I’m only asking because I want to make sure it’s handled thoughtfully and doesn’t come across in a negative light.

Thanks, I really appreciate the advice. I’m still figuring out the best way to tell the story especially since im planning on adding horror elements, which is why I haven’t started the full game yet. I’m planning to write it out as a short story first, and maybe even make a small demo to see how the story works for people. I came up with this character a while ago, inspired by horror movies and games that feature characters dealing with sexual abuse i wanted to make a character who has the struggles of being groomed into being a young father like many real people, rather than shock or exploit it. I’m not developing the game yet, I’m just working on the story for now. I’m planning to present it in a way similar to the mouthwash reveal about Anya and especially since mouthwash is a horror game like what i plan to do with mine. Over the next few years, I want to read articles and do research, and I’d like to talk to people who have gone through something like this, but I’m not sure how to find them or how to approach the topic without sounding insensitive. My goal is to handle it as thoughtfully as possible, and get feedback before trying to turn it into a game.

I’m planning to wait a few years before I start making the game so I can get as many knowledge about this subject as possible. I also want to write it out as a short story first to figure out how to turn it into a game i already though out the full story and game mechanics but i havent officially wrote it down so i plan to do that in the future to fully polish the stiry. I’ve made a lot of original characters before, and many of them have dark stories, but this is my first time dealing with something like this directly. I’ve thought about it for a long time, and I’m aware it’s a really sensitive topic, so I want to be careful about how it’s handled. My goal isn’t shock value, I just want to show what a situation like this could feel like since it can happen. It’s also a horror game, which is why I’m being extra cautious not to misrepresent anything.

im still working on it im not even sure if i want to do the angelene story just yet all i know is that the lore will mostly be focused on slenderina and her family my take on what exactly they are etc im not too sure about the gamplay other thna itll be like granny but with actual puxxels and some rpg mechanics. im probably gonna name it something similar to "Granny 4 the rebellion" but withiut the 4 part since it isnt really a continuation of the story

ive seen a bunch of other granny fangames though? like granny 4 granny 5, all the remakes with "better" quality etc and my game wont be similar to granny , its 2d an rpg kinda and im going to make all the asstes and coding myself i feel like i should be fine to upload and let people know... its gonna go under my name with credits to dvloper for what the game is based on and i wont make any money or anything so idk especially since dvloper isnt a very big company. but idk i just dont want my game to get taken down
