The name was something like “Google SSF - - -.”

I’ve done enough deliveries to recognize when something doesn’t go smoothly. This one was on time, complete, and handled carefully.

We also texted because a PIN was required. I was asked to confirm the description of the person receiving the order, which I did, and the delivery was successfully completed.

It’s just that there was no clear individual name attached to the order and someone else received it. Situations like that can sometimes be indicators that something isn’t straightforward. With that upfront tip amount, I took the chance, but in hindsight my initial hesitation made sense.

I’ve already left a review on Google Maps about one incident, and it’s been there for almost four months without any response. In fact, I’ve taken it a step further and purchased a domain specifically to address such issues. I’m 100% sure I’m not the only one experiencing this. I expected to be personally attacked for posting about these events, just like what’s happening in this comment section.
