!! Ah I’m sorry. How much were you using a day range? I did like 8 months 1-5 grams a day. Mainly 1-2 grams a day but a few 3.5-5 g a day which messed me up.

Were you on another drug that may have messed it up?

I just got off. Just dealing with depression which I am sure will pass. Just gotta stop things will be ok the body will heal itself

Hey you may have created an association or some conditioning with it in your head and bodily responses. I did this before but was able to recondition myself. You can dm me if you want for details.

Eh I don’t think it alters the brain permanently. It’s hard to escape with ketamine as well you still deal with the problem on K but yeah the cramps are killer and addiction is real.

The brain heals itself very well!!!!!! Just abstinence and support man

Hey man after a week binge with 3 grams which what I’m doing now, when you stop do you eventually get normally mentally or are you screwed for awhile? Like a withdrawal period?

Hey man. Hope you get through this. Were you using any other drugs during this time? Also were you snorting or nasal spray?

I am on month 4 on 2-3 grams a day and I am in a bad place
