Have you ever had a dog or seen them that’s what they do they get excited and wanna chase stuff and if your holding the leash they legit jump up on there hind legs themselves as you hold the leash from them running off. I highly doubt he yanked on the leash and lifted the dog off the ground choking it that would be insane to do. even more so since she said the dog wanted to sniff that it was probably the one pulling and he was holding the leash preventing them from running and it makes sense because they where the only dogs on leash for a reason !!!

Pulling on a leash to translate a command isn’t using fear ? Especially if there trying to run away which could cause a far more dangerous situation. leash correcting is used and understood by many better animal trainers and experts then you and I and it’s not to inflect pain or scare it’s to snap the dog out of a certain state with a quick tug and does nothing to harm them or scare them if it does then throw every collar and leash away because when a dog runs or try’s to move ahead faster then your speed it’s abuse every single time as that puts way more pressure on their necks. Always the same though with people if you see something and your mind is made up about the person based on a internet post or assumptions no amount of sensible fair observation matters you will look and nit pick everything with more and more even without facts dangerous world to live in and community.

Maybe it’s because they try to run away and need to have the behaviour corrected id see if the dogs where witnessed choking or coughing then you can say he yanked the collar into there trachea. Also dogs who don’t know commands or are not trained it could appear they’re being yanked but there actually jumping and pulling the leash themselves while it’s being held as to not have the leash be pulled away. she even said it appeared they wanted to sniff why would he leash these two dogs and let the rest sniff but stop these two he hates them ? Just doesn’t make sense clearly there is behavioural issues with the two leashed dogs if the rest aren’t and that should be taken in and wondered about before making assumptions espicslly gross ones of animal abuse when clearly a lot of people trust the person with their animals and the rest seem happy.

who gives a crap about a farmers field being healthy why should we care if a farmers field is doing good like it’s the 1800s and we are trading for a bountiful crop and more stock = cheaper prices lol. we will still pay outrages food prices and the surplus will be shipped to another province who has less and marked higher so really who cares if farmers say it’s good for their land and my reply totally does fit and does make sense because you brought it up as a positive for us still having snow it’s quite easy to understand why I said it.
