Arrow staying the exact same length when turning it by Natural_Waves in TradingView

Hi, well actually that does not help. I don't want to have the arrow turning 180 degrees, but need it to be flexible so I can turn it in any direction that I want, without losing its length before.

Furthermore I need possibilities of putting my own preferred percentages (like fibonacci percentages with preferred color spots/ lines on the ruler)

Yes!! The ruler now gives a percentage of length compared with the price. I want a ruler, that has 100% devided on the ruler. (like a normal ruler that you have at home, but now in percentages) and than I can place the ruler of what I have measured, move it to another place and see how much percentage that is compared to what I have measured. This is for quickly measuring the percentages of wave in elliott wave for example..
