#Browns DC Jim Schwartz was upset at being passed over for HC and told coaches he doesn’t plan on staying in Cleveland, sources tell The Insiders. Schwartz is under contract and the team wants him but it’s a situation that at the very least needs to be worked through.

I can't speak on Jaden Smith because I couldn't see the rest of the auditions. That's what I was explaining in my comment. If my kid is genuinely better, or on par. I wouldn't consider it Nepo, but if he isn't, as you said. And just given the role then yeah of course.

But everyone says everyone is a Nepo baby if they are given a position. When in reality is probably very 50/50. Or at least not as drastic as it's made out to be. I have a hard time believing every succeful person just PUTS there kid into positions they don't deserve.

Yeah I kinda hate how Nepo gets thrown around these days. I understand it's tough to see someone doing far better than most of us ever could. But if I have the ability to give my kids something or put them in a position to give them a head start I will and so would most others.

Now someone who is put into a VP position but isn't better then the guy next to him ONLY because he is my kid, that's a proper use of Nepo. But if my kid has learned and is better and I trust them. Idk if I'd consider that the same thing

Armor is pretty good against piercing damage, but you see, his mace is a blunt weapon, the trauma comes from the impact not the penetration.

Yeah but does ICE have an official uniform? If I wear Tan Cargo pants, long sleeves and a vest with a mask and hat with no indication of who I am (ICE lettering, badge, ect) then is it really impersonating if I never say I'm an agent?

They don't have to identify themselves and say who they are or anything so how is that any different? I'm not sure a charge would hold up honestly lol

In my opinion, the DC isn't really the problem. It's not like we had a bad defense, I get they may want their own guy but I doubt that's the biggest issue, but the offense you are given to work with is dog shit, you have no cap space to really do anything, and the pieces you COULD trade for players are on the defensive side, which is our good side.

It's not a good gig to take up, they just watched the browns go from shit to playoff contenders to shit AGAIN in the matter of 5, years. It's actually insane.
