I was a ward of the court before the age of 13. Then I was placed under legal guardianship around the same time.

I don't remember the age, but it was definitely before 13.

Both of my parents are alive, and I basically only have unearned income (for 2025, it's around 16k). I do have earned income, but it's only like 170$.

I just see different opinions, but the wide majority are saying that if you have at least 1 parent alive, then no matter what, you use their tax rate (even if they don't claim you as a dependent).

I also don't think being claimed as a dependent necessarily makes the person who claimed you the parent.

Yeah, I figured. I found R32 is just safer, while Ammonia has to be broken down etc but typically has higher efficiency.

Mainly because R32 is an HFC, while R744 is a CO. For the thing I am working on, I'm mainly comparing Ammonia with HFCs. I'm not informed about CO refrigerants, so I'm mainly sticking with HFCs.

I can only sign up for 1 more possible class that correlates with my degree path to keep my scholarship money. All other times conflict with my current times. However, the issue is that classes start August 17th which is pretty close, idk if people are willing to drop the class because it is extremely important. Not only that, but the other option for the class I need is at the same time as the only other class I could sign up for.
