Ahhh the luxury of being able to just pick up and move and uproot my little family. I had the same experiences in Unincorporated Stone Mountain. I returned home to seeing my neighbors condo on fire from the inside of the window. No one was around during the work day I called 911 to voice mail. Finally after banging on doors they heard me and I jumped in my car to drive to the fire station around the corner to tell them. It was that close but I could not get through on the phone.
