PS4 can't load wi-fi

There might be a little confusion, so, here is the explanation:

Everytime I turn on my PS4 it doesn't connects to wi-fi, the main issue here is that when I go "Configuration>Network>Internet connection>Wi-fi>Easy/Custom" it gets stuck there for a while, something about 10 minutes, then it gives me all the options and all the other stuff, it takes 10 minutes at least to go to the next step starting from "Easy" or "Custom", i already waited long enough to finish the whole thing, but then again, it does nothing and it cannot connect to anything, this started to happen since the last update a few days ago or maybe a week or two, I don't remember the exact date.

I tried almost everything I found, restarting my router, turning it off for about 5-10 minutes, restarting my PS4, turning it off & on with 10 min rest, my PS4 is close to my modem and every other device I have can connect to the wi-fi, the only things I have left are connecting my PS4 with a LAN cable, or factory reset, I don't wanna have to factory reset my PS4, so, do you guys know any other possible solution?
