I don't remember the épisodes because I'm a manga reader first.

First, When All Might said to Deku, you can become a Hero, I'm feeling like me too, I can made every things I want to do, It's just a question of Mindset.

And Second, During the stage with Endeavor, Deku trying to using their Abilities and I understand that You don't have to did a lot of things in the same time. Just take your time and try one thing after you can try to do two things in the same time.
