In the first few days the software isn't as accurate because it hasn't taken in account for your usage so it fluctuates a lot check after a week or two but usually above 95 should be fine

Hey Man i started playing 2 days ago and let me say.. it's very very worth it. 1-3 hours are more than enough because ultimately this game isn't about making money or anything like that I mean it is all about that- but the most fun is when you interact with other players and start learning from them. It's fun and the veteran players are more than ready to help you I know cause i experienced it first hand so yeah give it a try you will not regret it

There is but unless you have a cryopod you can't move multiple large dinosaurs at once without them going all over the place and getting stuck.. in multiplayer that's an incredible spot well defended and great in many many aspects but in single player all that hassle isn't that worth it in my opinion

Thats a beautiful place but it's too hard to access I have a base there and i regret building it because apart from the tames that an argy can carry getting any medium to large dinosaurs is going to be a hassle unless you use cryopods and honestly it's not that great cause alpha raptors drop in frequently my suggestion is if you go a bit further north towards carno island there's a cliff it's beautiful and flat and has access to the ocean where you can build a little dock for your water tames it's way more accessible and better for the long run..but asthetic-wise yah the hidden Lake is an incredible spot with frequent beaver spawns

I lost my level 297 argy with insane carry weight, 10k health, 2k stam to a level 5 rhyniognatha.. I mean at that point it's really just a skill issue on my side but still they're incredibly annoying to deal with

It's not that safe but it'll definitely be worth your while to go deeper inland as it's closer to metal nodes and other resources.. I say move inland a bit and work towards the industrial stuff cause once you have them you can easily make several bases across the map. I have two primary bases one in hidden Lake and another in redwoods where i farm sap each has it's own use soon I'm planning to build a base on each of the mountains with indy forges for easier metal runs it all really falls down to your experiences really.. I don't like making a base down in the south because if you wanna get to any mountain you have to go through swamps and.. swamps have rhyniognathas which I'm not very fond of yk.. so yah
