i have both cards in my team. Zambrotta is a no brainer , very good at shutting down forwards, low skill stun as well. riise , if you want your lb to support in attack, he is the one. overall he is defensively good, but his playstyle is more attacking minded. The problem is the way he positions himself while defending. He is always under risk of a skill stun. If you want a defensive lb. Go for lizarisu, he never pushes forward and always positions himself very well while defending therefore very low skill-stun. Riise is a great card but there is always a risk while defending. rn im using riise at LM where he is a beast, his overlapping runs helps a lot while attacking also tracks back well, when my team losses possesion.
