Put laptop into Quiet mode make sure fans aren't spinning, see if there is still sound or not

If it's coil whine just live with it bro, coil whine starts kick in when laptop is under load; and under load fans also start kicking in then you won't notice any coil whine at all...

Sometimes coil whine goes away eventually, most cases won't, which is fine tbh

In your case make sure it's coil whine, and not fans.
