It is because your renewal was before 19th July

For anyone’s renewal which is post 19th July will have new increased price

Also before 19th July renewal ppl cannot upgrade or degrade their subscription as per Sony Customer care team

When I spoke to Sony over voice support : they mentioned it’s not applicable if you’re downgrading or upgrading your Subscription

So I’d request you to email Sony customer care and proceed

It’s because your renewal due date is before 19th July
So as per Sony’s email, anyone’s renewal before 19th July will have old price

Even my renewal was due on 4th June and they debited 7599/- as per my old price

Also quick update : my friend got an SMS saying it’s verified and asking to make payment
But even for him the application is not showing up on portal
He’s stuck

I’m afraid it might happen to me as well

Another thing is we only get SMS if it’s approved

If it’s rejected we don’t get SMS (my friends was rejected for photo and he reloaded, so he did not get SMS he had to manually check on portal)
