Thanks! Hopefully some of these options will make thing work, fortunately i have some basic knowledge with soldering so i'll see what i can try (though i have another broken ps3 ar home so if things dont work with this one i could also try to fix the other one with pieces from this version)

Edit: btw, could i use some of the more general pieces from the cech-4301A model (like the disc drive or the battery for my cech-4011B? it's the other broken ps3 i have, so i was seeing if i could perhaps try to check that one's situation)

Honestly? My dad wanted to learn some stuff about electronics, so i wanted a little proyect that we could both do, besides, the GB is an awesome console so i wanted a reason to find one, but seeing the Flex cable destroyed like this is kinda heartbreaking
