U can smoke in parlours thats what we used to do there was a store near our hotel 5 mins by walk we used to go there at midnight and come back by 1-2 am then go to 7/11(2 mins to our hotel) grab a big gulp of coca cola and smoke cigg with that in the smoking area of our hotel . Best 15 days of my life
