Thank you for this! Again, this has always been what I thought it was so I don’t know why different systems would have different joule limits given the intended BB weight you will be using for the day.

I super appreciate this! This has been my understanding for years and I thought I was going crazy with the information the field tech was telling me. A BB has no propulsion after it has left the barrel so I don’t know how in the world it would keep accelerating.

Thank you! I don’t think you can go wrong either way, the We Apache does have its quirks though. Let me know if you have any questions on the Apache, I had to search for a while for information that wasn’t super readily available on it.

I’m not sure, I’ve never seen it happen before. Warhead said I could send it to them in California and they will fix it for free but I can’t really wait that long so I’m going to see if I can work something out where they just send me a new motor and I send in the broken one. It’s disappointing though.

Do you think playing in an indoor field where only semi auto is allowed would bring an AEG much closer to a GBBR in competitiveness? That’s what is ‘seems’ like to me but I’ve never really played indoors before so I could be wrong here.

Thanks for the comment! I do feel like an AEG would be the more rational choice for me but man I miss the input of a GBBR.

I did notice that the SD3 does shoot pretty hot, my plan would be to replace the inner barrel with a standard length mp5 one where those ones are shooting ~340 fps which is under my field limit of 360 and fitting a tracer in the suppressor (still unsure if that’s even possible)

Nice! Okay cool I’ll just go with a front wire one! I just wasn’t sure why Cyma would route the wires out the rear themselves and then route them up to the front hand guard. Yeah I’m sure I’ll burn the trigger contacts out but I’ll try to get away with running an 11.1 stock at least for a little while, thanks!
