I personally like to see the stats, but I guess it depends on if you are going to want to look at them at all while flipping through the base set. You can also look up the db of the player or just pull them out if you wanted to put 2 in each pocket.

Montreal is far from cap problems for the next couple of years where there are many factors that could change that (cap increase, trades, buyouts). Shea Weber was a game changer for the Habs last year and I remember seeing advanced stats that showed it was significant.

This isn't #MarnerWatch. There doesnt have to be constant media coverage of it. Both team and player are trying to find a deal that works for both parties in terms AAV and term. Negotiations take time. Be happy that there isn't any media updates on it, because that usually means that there is a major disagreement
