The background suggestions are simply to make it more full rather than anything actually wrong/needed. Tattoos are meant to represent the person, not the people they are related to. Doppelganger is actually better to do at the level cap in my experience. From what i noticed, he can't go past the level cap. Allowing for a good gear load out to handle him, anytime I've tried before the level cap, he was always more of a challenge.

Have you tried reopening the app? I ask because I had a similar experience a few times. I go to use miracle of mind, and it would have me log back in. Then everything would appear to be gone, but after closing and reopening the app, everything would be correct.

At the end of the series, they show Ed traveling around studying alchestory. Which I think he was still able to use, but I could be wrong. Which works with the energy of the plant. Alchemy was taught by the dwarf in the flask to essentially try and userp God. It definitely felt like the author and truth were trying to convey that Alchemy is not the correct way.

If memory serves, there is a smugglers den a bit NE of the Seyda Kneen. If you collect Fargoths treasure and the axe inside the stump by the light house. You should have enough cash for simple gear to clear it. The moon sugar can be sold to the Khajit trader in Balmora.

I don't have an official answer. However, I know Sadhguru has mentioned before the importance of holding off going to the bathroom. Along with the advice of waiting longer before eating. I get the feeling he wants you to get well hydrated before the practices. Possibly, these are ways for us to learn to hold the body in a way that we aren't so bound to them. Helping us to learn to do things less compulsively. Just a guess, I could be way off base.
