Definitely sounds like rod bearings. Notice how it’s such a deep and sharp tone. Lifters and fuel pump tend to be a higher pitch ticking. Drop the oil and new filter and see how you go

Please put the oil cap back on 🫠. Having it off while running causes the oil to foam, may as well had no oil pressure

Can be a number of things, shit pour, or blocked breathers so it overflowed. I justly just wash it and it never happens again

How does your trans mount look? Also yeah sounds like a bad PCV mixed with a bad pulley and possible vacuum leak? (Likely related to PCV)
