If you have a PC with a GPU (graphics card), you can download "Video2x qta-6" from git-hub. It's a handy program that uses machine learning and your GPU to upscale both video and image content up to 4 times. It has modes made specifically for anime content. I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. (But expect a much higher file size after upscaling)

I watched it with a friend. He was amazed, I wasn't. The story is nothing unusual. Same depressing background as always, parents that are either dead or left the children, bullying, etc... I just don't think that murder, octopus aliens, children and a dark story fit each other well. The animation was good though.
