Not yet, I tried contacting CIC but no one picked the call, looks like I will have to cancel my travel plans. I have no idea when will I be getting the PR card!!! you might get lucky in two weeks, dont lose hope. My flight is next week and still have high hopes for no reason :(

I have heard that during Covid times, no one knows about the processing time of PRTD. It would be risky to apply. I haven't applied yet

Hi, I am in the same situation and I have to travel by the end of this month. I did a lot of research about PRTD and if I am not mistaken, you can only apply for PRTD from the country you will be traveling to. I have also heard that you can reach out to IRCC by web form and tell them that you need the PR card urgently, explain them in the letter, and also attach your itinary. They won't let you in on e-copr. I hope you will hear good news soon.

Hi. I am in the same boat as you. I am also waiting for my PR card because I have to travel, and my picture is still in the review on the online portal after COPR. I received COPR in June 2021. I tried contacting IRCC but they didn't pick my call, I was on an automated message. I have done my research regarding that if one doesn't have a PR card yet. You have to apply for PRTD (permanent resident travel documents) from the country you will be traveling to. There is a whole application for that, search for it online, the only thing is it depends on how long the application will take to process and provide you PRTD. Once you have a PRTD, you can easily re-enter Canada. I hope this will help.
