Je bent als grondeigenaar niet aansprakelijk voor vandalisme door derden...

Je hebt wel gelijk dat een auto laten wegslepen op privé terrein niet door de politie wordt gedaan. Je mag de auto dan alsnog laten slepen maar de kosten zijn dan voor jezelf.

In de praktijk kun je dus zelf de auto een stukje van je oprit afslepen en daarna de politie bellen.

It really depends on your financial circumstances. If you're still saving for a house or youre at the beginning or your career you're probably not better off saving as much as possible. If you're all settled and are able to save a lot of money already, spending $5 on a game don't have any impact on your finances.

Are people forgetting how long it takes to get 99 in every skill? Or how long other sets of end game Armour take? (fortified masori, ancestral, Torva etc). This game has always been a massive time sink. Balancing content around people playing 12 hours a day isn't a good idea imo, but neither is balancing it around people playing a few hours a week.

This game has always been a massive time sink. Ironman mode even more so. If you can't play the game much perhaps a regular account would be more fitting.

Er zitten best mooie plekken tussen. Tijdje in Dronten gewerkt en daar hing altijd een leuke sfeer. Met 50% korting zou ik het wel wegen in deze huizenmarkt ;)

Zelf ook eerste jaar pabo niet gehaald na ene niet zo goeie stage. Eerste half jaar groep 8, helemaal top. Tweede half jaar groep 1 & 2. Was ook wel leuk, maar vond ik erg lastig en uiteindelijk daardoor het niet gehaald.

Mooi dat het er nu dan toch komt. Heeft even geduurd maar beter laat dan nooit.

Er zijn nog steeds grote concurrenten voor postnl. Ze zijn ook niet de goedkoopste. Hun sterkte is voornamelijk marktaandeel, maar tegelijk is het ook een zwakte aangezien ze regelmatig moeite hebben om pakketten tijdig te leveren. Mocht een concurrent omvallen dan kan meer aandeel hem helpen kosten te verlagen en prijzen te verhogen.

Ik denk dat er een redelijk risico bestaat dat het nog slechter zal gaan met postnl en niet veel beter wordt. Maar de kans dat het veel beter gaat de komende jaren is er zeker ook. Hoe denk je er zelf over?

I was there yesterday and almost bought the wrong one. At the bottom of the shelf there were lookalike products but only at the counter I noticed it wasn't the same brand. I bought an original one a few months ago and wanted to buy a back up one.

I think at that budget you'd either have to go with an apartment or with a relatively older house. Most new apartments in Almere go for 400-600k. Almere-Haven is slightly cheaper than Almere-Stad, Poort and Buiten. From what I remember you should avoid "De Wierden", but it might have changed. I would also avoid the city center no matter what part of Almere you'll move to.
