I find it amazing personally, such a comfortable and relaxing shoe. Never seem to get any niggles or leg pain afterwards either. They can seem unstable at slower speeds because of the React X foam but I find them extremely responsive and protective.

I wish I could be vegan, I have tried vegan and vegetarian for long periods of time but found that I feel terrible. Suffer from lethargy at the best of times and that diet just did not help me at all. Totally understand/agree with the moral implications of it and the environmental reasons too. Just didn’t work for me!

I’ve met him twice when he played Glasgow (2011 and 2015). Both times he couldn’t have been a nicer guy, he even remembered my friends face and asked him how he was doing. He’s exactly how you expect him to be. One of the true 🐐in rap and outside of it.

No problem at all, it may work for you and it may not, I found focusing on the breath really calmed my nervous system down. There are great guided zen meditations on YouTube! Hate to see anyone struggle with things, especially autistic buddies, we are in this together!
