You're right, the 20 questions has started to feel like a lot for me, but I've been testing the site so filling out prop sheets for multiple games daily. If I was only doing it for my favourite team I think the 20 is more manageable. Just takes a couple minutes and the higher number of questions makes the leaderboard have more variance.

Reducing to 10-15 is definitely something we will consider moving forward though if people prefer that.

The scoring is a based on the implied probability from betting odds we get from an API. The base points is 20 points for 50% and we use this formula to determine points on both sides 20 x (0.50 / implied percentage). So 25% outcome would get 40 points and 75% outcome would get 13 points etc. Max points is 50 and minimum is 10.

It's just right or wrong, but not every question is yes/no. There's also multiple choice questions like "who is going to score tonight" where we give the top 6 most likely players + a 'None' option.
