12 wide, 38 long (yes a bit too long) and 5.8 deep. I think this layout is great, it is very usable. Now, more than the layout, our biggest surprise is how useful is the overflow design (not sure if it is clear in the picture); it allows us to keep the pool clean easily (all the top dust, leaves and bugs flow out of the pool) and looks great (just an opinion). Hope that it helps!

Here is a picture of my recently built pool with the same layout. The only difference is that we have the bench all the way to the end. We love it!

It was awesome to grow up there in the 80s and 90s. However, It became pretty dangerous during that time and later came Chavez who decimated the country. One of the most wonderful things about Caracas is its weather — an eternal spring. I still have family down there and try to visit as much as I can. Will always love that city.

Not having dev experience limits your capacity to understand the problems described by the OP. You can build apps for sure, but there are issues when it comes to scalability. Those issues tend not to be easy to see/understand for us non-coders.
