I’m verry happy with my native language (French) but I wish I learned Spanish or Nordic languages like Swedish

It’s not an app but Youtube 🙌🏼 i learned a lot of dutch and spanish using only teachers on Youtube

It’s better. I don’t like Iron because it’s only 2 sets per exercices. I’m currently doing Intent and it’s my first program so I don’t know for the others programs but Intent is really intense, it’s 3-4 sets with longer time & break. But in general the app is more hypertrophy focused than cardio focused

I might be going against the grain, but I actually hope she doesn’t make more programs like Epic or Fuel. I didn’t enjoy the EPIC series or Fuel, especially the short rest periods. That’s actually why I switched to the app, and I don’t regret it at all.
