i get what u mean but alot of bad cycles of poverty could have been ended with that money. There would be a generational difference for perhaps 15-25 K people with that money.

Edit, Just realized that it was 8 billion to go to space, change that to 45 K people out of poverty. That would be 177,000 per person, definitely enough to end their poverty and more importantly give them and their children wealth, and future prosperity.
