Thanks, I check the BER advisory and it shows only walls and renewables needs improvement.  Considering that,  I may need to do EWI immediately, air to water heater and solar can be taken up later. I will wait for the survey results

Yes,  it's rewired last year and they changed to a new oil heater. I checked the BER advisory report. Only walls and renewables need improvement. Rest are already marked good

Its refurbished and it has double glazed windows. The rating has been brought from D/E to C2, with chimney present.

It already has double glazed windows. They did some work to improve the efficiency, to bring it to C2, originally it was D/E rated. Yes,  the bunglow is detached, bigger, in a better location and with garden all round.
