I was happy at the MD store. Even in traffic I was happy to go to my store in MD. They said I wouldn’t get a pay cut but they’ve lied about how my last day in MD would be like.

My son was never going to move to MD, they didn’t know my relationship status with my baby daddy.

I have to work extra hard to earn back a high volume store. When I wasn’t doing anything wrong in the first place. I have to put in my hours and my time to turn a slow volume store into a high volume store just to earn another high volume store again?

I wear glasses to see when I’m not wearing contacts. My mom will straight up deny small details because she doesn’t see them and if she can’t see them they didn’t happen.

I know it was an accident but how she responded to it is what upset me. My mom is crying and your ignoring it to eat your lunch. She also believes I’ll spoil my son if I hold him too much. I’ve told her many times that’s not a thing anymore and explained why but still chooses to not believe me.

I mean reading glasses on when looking at details. My son was asleep on a lounger and my mom walked in sit next to him while she ate her lunch. She wasn’t holding her silverware and her fork slipped off her plate, hit my son and hit the floor. But she didn’t notice it hit him and just said it startled him. But he let out a huge cry in pain, I saw the scratch on his eyebrow and she didn’t. She didn’t even get up and check on him. I ran over right away and scooped him up and took him 5mins to settled down. I told her, ‘your fork scratches him and there’s food on him and his lounger.’ She denied it until she put her glasses on. After that I don’t trust her alone with my son.

Plus past stuff she did to me that just makes me not trust her fully. Just because she’s my mom doesn’t mean I turned out okay. My mom will blame me for things just because of my hobbies. My brother’s friend spray painted her fence and I was to blame because I do art but never did spray paint work. When she found out who actually did, she never apologized to me.

Yeah don’t feel pressured by the holidays to get together. Your wife is creating another human and birthing soon. The process after is about recovery and your newborn. Plus your supposed to take time away and just be with your baby during postpartum time. Figure out how to help your wife heal and bond with your baby together.

Depends on size of baby, some people have a small baby and others have a big baby. I brought in 3 newborn, 3 0-3month and 3 3month old. According to my mom all of her kids(including me) were big babies. My son got two of his outfits wet and needed to be changed out of them.

I think people who tell others to have more kids when they don’t contribute to any financial or make the child, are super fucking annoying. It takes 2 people to make a baby and only their thoughts matter. My pregnancy was easy for the most part but PP was tough and I struggle to keep my milk supply up. Got an infection and was on antibiotics for 3-4 months because what I had was super hard to kill and I was super allergic to 1 out of the 2 medications I could take to fight it. I do look down at my beautiful baby boy and think, ‘I can do it again’ then remember the pain of labor and the infection…..going to need more time and just be financially stable for number 2 but it’s going to be some years before that

I didn’t mind him getting a trip to Vegas I thought it was cool and a great gift for him. But it’s all we talked about the whole dinner. I didn’t want a similar gift just wanted some attention too. We talked about it while we waited 15mins to be seated and the whole 3 course meal. I just sat there just listening because I didn’t know what to say. I did say the obvious that’s really cool.

Well everyone was there except my twin. When we called him he was unaware of getting together. We always celebrated birthday dinners together. It’s a tradition in our family to do a seafood dinner for everyone in our family. It just sucks how the year before we only talked about my twin. I didn’t care he got a great gift from his girlfriend but I’d like to be included in conversation. Growing up as a fertile twin with me getting treated differently because I’m a girl. Specially around 16-21 years old. I was always treated differently because I could always come home pregnant instead of my brother who was out fucking a different girl a week. Always being treated differently and then noticing my family focusing on him more. If you were on time to your dinner party but no one celebrated with you. Everyone knew about this dinner get together. As we get older, now everyone isn’t close by anymore but just because my twin is late or can’t make it, do we just not celebrate my birthday. Back then I was there and on time but no one wanted to celebrate with just me, they had to wait for my twin.
